EEMCO is specialized on the crystal growth technology for SiC. We manufacture 150 and 200 mm 4H n-SiC pucks and wafers and currently are ramping up our capacities. These crystals are used in high power applications, mostly in electric vehicles but in general for the automotive, industrial and renewable energy sectors. Additionally, our SiC substrates can be used to manufacture advanced parts like bearing and seals.
